1757 Golf Club: Asia & Garrett

Asia and Garrett’s wedding was filled to the brim with magic, luxury and love and I am so excited to have captured it all!!! They were truly a great couple to work with, from their engagement session to the wedding day!

Their love story started in 2008 at the 34th annual Philadelphia Greek Picnic Weekend. Asia was a Delta Sigma Theta and Garrett was an Omega Psi Phi and that is how their lives coincided! It would be another year before they became an official couple but by that point they were inseparable.

On their wedding day Asia and Garrett were so relaxed and as their family and friends came together you could tell how loved this couple is by those around them.

The 1757 Golf Club is an incredible venue; the ballroom is absolutely elegant and we HAD to make sure to do a few of their formals in it!! They chose to do a first look on a stunning rustic bridge overlooking the golf course and it was SUCH a special moment between the two of them. And the wedding!!! It was filled with the most incredible details. The beautiful Flower Backdrop was handmade and stunning in both their ceremony and reception . And they had a NAIL BAR you, y’all – SO cool! It was such a fun addition to cocktail hour and all of the ladies enjoyed it. The guys certainly enjoyed a light round of golf on the grounds also during cocktail hour. Asia’s cap sleeve necklace complimented her dress perfectly!

But most importantly everyone came together to celebrate the love of these two amazing people. THe was no doubt that the room was filled with lots of love from both sides of the family and friends alike! The highlight of the night was when Garrett announced that Asia passed the Maryland Bar, whcih they had found out the night before the wedding!! I couldn’t be more happy for these two! A client turned friend! <3
