It was such an honor to photograph Ashton and Deon’s wedding at the historic Oxon Hill Manor! The gorgeous mansion grounds and incredible view of the Potomac River served as the perfect complement to this beautiful couple’s romantic nuptials.

Ashton looked positively exquisite walking down the aisle in her mermaid style embellished gown from Mary’s Designer Bridal Boutique. The soft pink dress was surely a jaw dropper and fit her PERFECTLY! The wedding processional featured their parents, lovely daughter Peyton and a dapper ring bearer; and I just loved that Ashton and Deon decided not to have a bridal party but still had some of their closest friends with them during the preparation for the ceremony. With just over 100 family members and close friends in attendance, Ashton and Deon’s wedding was truly a family affair. It was such a nice touch how the couple asked their wedding guest to wear all black, too, making the images from the wedding so beautiful and cohesive! Loved that!

The romantic theme continued on through the wedding reception with the help of Le Chateau de Crystale. Featuring black and white décor and gorgeous floral centerpieces with cream-colored roses and sparkling crystals, the open-air tent was a dazzling sight to behold! It has a very soft, intimate and romantic feel for all of her guest to enjoy.

Throughout the evening, the couple and their guests dined on amazing cuisine and sumptuous desserts provided by Windows Catering. The dance floor was never empty as Ashton and Deon’s favorite songs played all night long – it surely was a party and a night the couple will never forget!
